Brunel have partnered with one of Australia’s most sought after employers to successfully recruit a suitably qualified Training Lead, for an Expatriate residential role.
This position will be responsible for the in-country development, management and roll out of a training and employment centre which will deliver initial language and literacy and workforce entry programs that will lead to employment and then the delivery of vocational skills to support community and project outcomes.

  • The role will be responsible to develop a vocational training capability organic to the region by establishing partnerships and relationships to centralise resources and expertise within the region supporting our clients’ operations.
  • You will be an allrounder and possess strong relationship and engagement skills at the ministerial level with the ability to direct tactical outcomes on the ground.
  • Highly developed leadership attributes are essential, and they will be required to build teams and be hands on in developing strong teams on the ground.
  • This position will be instrumental in developing an enduring outcome to sustain communities through learning and deliver training and educational services leveraging on their passion and expertise.
