Solution Architect (Customer Experience) – Permanent/FTE – Brisbane or Sydney

Brunel Australasia are seeking a Solution Architect (Customer Experience) to conduct discovery, working with the business to scope out a roadmap of investment and patterns, guide our client to successful execution with appropriate stakeholders.

This involves maintaining a keen understanding of our clients’ IT architecture strategy, consulting offerings, and our vision to identify opportunities where the team can bring significant business value to our clients’ key stakeholders

As the successful professional you will maintain a keen understanding of our clients’ IT architecture strategy, consulting offerings, and their vision to identify opportunities where IT architecture team can bring significant business value to our clients’ key stakeholders.Proven delivery and ability to adapt in fast-paced environments where you will be responsible for driving multiple customer opportunities in parallel.
Partner with IT architect team to conduct business and technical discovery with business key stakeholders.
Problem solve, create digital marketing strategies, develop solutions, architectures and use cases to help customers meet their objectives.
Develop robust recommendations, proposals and scope of work documents for IT architecture engagements while also identifying critical dependencies & gaps.
Present your proposals to executive-level customers in a clear and compelling way.
Help customers understand IT architecture capabilities and the transformative power of digital marketing.
Continuously improve the solution Architecture team’s knowledge, methodologies and customer-facing collateral.
Critical thinking is a must in this environment along with excellent stakeholder engagement skills, coupled with clear and articulate communication.

Work with business leaders to develop a multi-year customer experience strategy and architecture.

Design solutions which meet customer needs and serve to continuously improve customer experience.

Leverage existing KPIs and develop new metrics and user research to better understand the customer experience and monitor improvement.

Develop strategic solutions to continuously improve the customer's experience.

Provide intuitive ‘experience designs’ to the project group/organisation.

Artefacts and deliverables vary by project, but may include persona set, storyboards and customer journeys.

Actively promote and support the organisation’s digital transformation.

Communicate effective concepts, design rationale and findings to the organisation.

Engage with people and leaders to promote a customer centric culture.
