About this role: Sales Leader

  • Defines the sales strategy and business plan-supporting product pricing according to technical specifications and production costs;
  • Guarantees the implementation of commercial strategies and business plan defined by the Business Unit;
  • Develops technical and commercial customer relationships according to strategies and business plan defined by the Business Unit;
  • Develop the different field in Algeria;
  • Develops new business strategies providing input into product development process;
  • Assists in the marketing/ promotion of products and service opportunities;
  • Complies with company policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility;
  • Handling petty cash and fixed expenses;
  • Purchase office supplies and acting as main contact with suppliers for all issues related to office (payment invoices, renewals of BAOSEM and internet subscription);
  • Handling all local administrative, preparing formal communications with clients and suppliers, receiving courier and filing;
  • Handling local financial issues, receiving invoices, request approvals, transmit for payment & follow up payments;
  • Contact with the bank (deposit/withdrawal of petty cash, cash advance for trips);
  • Monthly expense report sent to stakeholders;
  • Managing administrative issues (tickets, hotel, transport etc);
  • Offer submission (printing/compiling/send or deposit, follow up and confirm reception;
  • Follow office registration, providing all necessary documents to stakeholder, starting with office lease renewal with WTC;
  • Support our team for Supplier Due diligence;
  • Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with, develops his /her staff, and manages HR related activities in line with Human Resources norms and procedures.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Engineering degree / Masters or MBA;
  • 10 - 15 years of experience in a similar role (commercial role);
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry upstream (tubulars, drilling, pipes);
  • Fluent in English and French;
  • Have excellent verbal and written English and French with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels within the Company;
  • Ambitious and driven with strong interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work autonomously;
  • Excellent skills in Excel and reporting;
  • Familiar with database, Power BI and generating Key Performance Indicators. Have a high level of competency and accuracy in writing and maintaining clear and professional documentation relating to any reporting.
