About this role

Our Client, one of the largest international company specialized in Testing, Inspection and Certification is looking for Sales Executive - Certification role to be based in Kuwait. Candidate should be available in kuwait on transferable visa and can join Immediately/ Short Notice.

  1. Certification Sales:
    1. To identify new customers and business potentials and to carry out marketing activities;
    2. Planning the necessary activities by performing market and competitor analyses;
    3. To communicate with potential customers and to ensure the introduction of Co. services and new products,;
    4. To participate in the selected fairs and seminars;
    5. Email application form & ensure quick receipt of filled application form from client;
    6. Preparation for Application & CR review for submission to LTM for formal contract review;
    7. Pre-qualification, tenders/ offers/ documentation preparation for standard enquiry/ services;
    8. To secure new sales including new certification clients, management training and HSE technical training. Be up to date with CER-MS on Connections, AWI etc.;
    9. To plan sales visits for new clients in addition to follow up visits according to set KPIs;

      10. Prepare offer based on approved contract review with a MD rate approved by Management;

      11. Submit & follow up proposal to contract signature stage and hand over to operations team;

      12. Maintain sales visit log and register opportunities in AWI;

      13. To carry out the activities required to fulfill the objectives assigned to the job description.

b. Coordination:

  1. Correspond with CER Coordinator for transition from CER sales to operations;
  2. Correspond with CER Sales Training Coordinator for transition from training sales to operations;
  3. Use of CRM Tools and data entry.

  1. Reports:
    1. Weekly Visit plan for the following week and actual visit report for current week;
    2. Update Sales log on daily basis and keep AWI log up to date;
    3. Tabular sales report detailing sales performance on monthly & quarterly basis;
    4. To comply with all the QHSSE rules/regulations of Co. as well as Client.

Qualifications:-

  1. Graduate Arts/Commerce/ Science/ Graduate Engineer/ Diploma with minimum 5 years job related Business Development experience (in similar market and/or services domain) Before joining the company;
  2. Usually carries out task independently, with daily supervision.

Desired Skills:-

  1. Flair for Sales and Marketing;
  2. Effective documentation and communication skills;
  3. Interpersonal skills and connect people;
  4. Computer skills;
  5. Good English skills;
  6. Knowledge of Arabic language will be a plus.
