About this role

On behalf of our client, a High Profile Service Provider to the Resources industry, Brunel have numerous contract Bulk Plant Operator roles based in Dampier / Karratha. These positions are open to residential candidates only in this location.

  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work and manage risk during service delivery
  • Manage bulk plant facilities to facilitate delivery of prepared products and bulk materials to well-sites
  • Maintain excellent quality control in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Opportunity to assist in training of other Operators and Trainees
  • Ensures compliance with governmental regulations and industry standards, and reduces environmental impacts through observing HSE policies
  • Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time
  • Blend and mix bulk products for delivery to the well-site on time according to the job program design
  • Check and/or calculate quantities of material blends required prior to loading
  • Follow Product Line quality assurance procedures to ensure proper loading
  • Coordinate movement of bulk products to and from location
  • Assist in conducting monthly inventory and daily paperwork completion for goods received and shipped
  • Label and store additives in a safe manner and ensure the disposal of empty drums and pails
  • Maintain bulk plant equipment by performing a daily check while ensuring the bulk plant is kept clean
  • Keeping accurate record of fluids and dry bulk stored
  • Keeping accurate record of products dispatched or used in mixing
  • Maintaining plant equipment, preventative maintenance

  • Monday – Friday (8 hours per day)
  • Some possible overtime may be required
  • Forklift Licence
  • Truck Licence
  • Driver’s Licence
  • Basic Plant Maintenance
  • MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
